Da Rold & Barp takes over the historic Metalflex trade-mark with the desire to bestow the trade-mark the former reputation that made it famous around the world.

Due to its rapid development during the last five years, in terms of both turnover and employment, DR&B is named one of the 500 most dynamic European companies, the only one in the eyeglass field.
1998
The number of collections distributed by DR&B in Italy increases: the company becomes the exclusive distributor of GANT U.S.A. and GUY LAROCHE optical frames and sunglasses for the entire country.
